Online Platform with modules covering all aspects of starting a squat which you can watch in your own time.

Tailored 1-1 guidance over zoom calls once every 2 weeks- over zoom- individual and group calls.

Full day teaching event included lunch and dinner at a luxury hotel in Warwickshire, with a visit to Avenue Dental to see first hand how we built our Squat practice.
